What To Expect
As a spiritual coach, I work with clients to create a plan that reflects their true desires and life purpose. Many people find it hard to understand their purpose or move forward because of internal barriers like past wounds, limiting beliefs, and fixed habits. I use different tools and universal principles to help clients see and let go of their past traumas, allowing their true selves to come forward. During this journey, I will focus on building new, positive stories to replace old, negative ones, guiding clients toward a more fulfilling life. My goal is to guide clients in identifying who they are, embracing self-love, and accepting where they are in their journey.
What is my role as a spiritual life coach?
We begin our journey by thoroughly examining your personal history, which allows me to gain a deeper understanding of your unique circumstances and establish clear intentions for our work together. Following this initial exploration, we transition into a meditative state, creating a space to engage with the consciousness of both your physical and energetic bodies. This process enables us to uncover the underlying causes of your specific challenges. As I share insights with you in real-time, I will implement tailored solutions that are carefully drawn from a diverse array of evolving modalities and practices, ensuring a comprehensive approach to your healing.
What does a session include?
The first session will be about 1.5 hours long. The remaining sessions will be about an hour long. Healing is a journey, and the time and effort required vary for each person.
Sessions are virtual, allowing for a convenient and accessible healing experience from the comfort of your own space.
How long is each session?
I am a Shamanic/ Sacred Arts Practitioner, Certified Sound Practitioner and Systemic Family Constellation Facilitator who is also an Intuitive Empath and Channeler. I’m a graduate of the Lynn V. Andrews Center for Sacred Arts and Training’s 4-year program with certification as a Spiritual Intuitive Healer.
