I am using a very specific approach with the creation of sacred art to assist with emotional healing. Sometimes, when words are not enough to express what we are feeling, we need another way to express ourselves. The objective of this course is to facilitate the expression of thoughts and emotions in ways that may not be easily achievable through verbal communication alone.

This is a 6- week virtual program targeting emotional healing through the creation of sacred art. The first session we will dive deep and discover what emotion would benefit from healing. As we progress from week-to-week, each program is tailored to your individual healing. Not all programs are built the same. I use guidance from Divinity to lead my sessions so many times I do not know exactly what a session will entail until it unfolds.  

During this program we will meet 1x/week for 6-weeks. Each session will be about 1-1.5 hours long. Making art helps us discover who we are and should be available to everyone. You do not need worry about buying art supplies- you can work with nature to make the most wonderful art.
